Welcome to PintorLab. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PintorLab website, tools, and services available through PintorLab (collectively, the “Service”). PintorLab is operated by PickCreation LLC (“PintorLab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using PintorLab, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to use PintorLab.

We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access to your account. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
PintorLab is an all-in-one AI creative workspace offering tools for design, collaboration, media editing, file transfer, document conversion, content creation, productivity, and more. We continuously improve the platform and may add, modify, pause, or remove features at any time. When reasonable, we will provide notice for major changes.
PintorLab offers free and paid plans.
We reserve the right to modify pricing, plans, and features at any time, with or without prior notice.
All payments made to PintorLab are final and non-refundable unless required by law. Because we offer free credits and trial access to certain tools, we strongly encourage users to test the platform before purchasing a subscription or additional credits.
Many PintorLab tools consume computing resources, storage, AI credits, or processing time immediately after use. Because work is processed and delivered instantly, all credit usage, generations, exports, and AI outputs are non-refundable, including cases where the result does not match your expectations.
You retain ownership of the content you upload or create using PintorLab, including files, images, videos, documents, text, and designs (“Your Content”). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content only as needed to provide the requested features.

The following additional rules apply to specific PintorLab tools.
Workspace allows collaboration through chat, channels, shared files, and team spaces. You are responsible for all content shared within your workspace. Do not use Workspace to distribute harmful files, illegal content, or harass others.
PintorLab may allow users to send direct messages, chat, replies, or other communications with other users through the Service. You are solely responsible for all messages, files, links, and content you send through PintorLab.
You agree not to use messaging features to:
Access to certain messaging features may depend on your subscription plan. For example, messaging users directly from public profile pages may be limited to Business plan subscribers or other eligible plans as determined by PintorLab. We reserve the right to modify messaging access, limits, or eligibility at any time. PintorLab does not actively monitor all private communications and is not responsible for user-generated messages. However, we reserve the right to review, investigate, restrict, or remove communications when necessary to enforce these Terms, respond to reports, prevent abuse, protect user safety, or comply with legal obligations. Users can block, report, or mute other users where such features are available. Repeated abuse of messaging features may result in account suspension or termination.
CRM tools help track clients, invoices, tasks, and projects. PintorLab does not guarantee financial accuracy, accounting compliance, or legal compliance. You are responsible for reviewing all business records.
You own the designs you create. You must only upload assets, fonts, templates, or media that you have legal rights to use.
Dev Studio helps build UI prototypes and design concepts. Generated layouts, suggestions, or code are provided for creative purposes and should be reviewed before production use.
You are responsible for the logos, fonts, trademarks, and brand assets you upload. Do not upload assets that infringe on others’ trademarks or copyrights.
AskFlow collects and analyzes public comments from supported third-party platforms such as YouTube and Instagram. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the terms and policies of those platforms. PintorLab is not affiliated with YouTube, Instagram, or any third-party social media platform.
Clips helps convert long-form videos into shorter clips optimized for social media. You may only upload videos you own or have permission to use. You are solely responsible for rights related to uploaded media.
PTransfer allows secure file sharing between users or external recipients. You may not use PTransfer to distribute malware, pirated files, illegal content, or harmful materials. PTransfer primarily sends files directly between devices using an encrypted peer-to-peer connection. In normal use, files are not uploaded to or stored on PintorLab’s servers. If a direct connection cannot be established and you are signed in, your files may be temporarily uploaded to secure cloud storage so the recipient can retrieve them.
Files stored through cloud fallback are automatically deleted after:

PintorLab does not retain transferred file contents beyond the storage period and does not actively inspect the contents of your transfers, except when required by law, security enforcement, abuse prevention, or to protect the Service.
PDF Converter processes files for format conversion. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important documents before conversion.
This tool converts and compresses images. While we aim to preserve quality, optimization may reduce file size, metadata, or image properties.
You are responsible for the data you collect through forms, quizzes, and polls. If collecting personal data, you must obtain appropriate consent and comply with applicable privacy laws.
Social Publisher allows you to create, schedule, and publish content to supported third-party platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media services. By connecting third-party accounts, you authorize PintorLab to publish content on your behalf based on your selected settings and permissions. You are solely responsible for all content you create, schedule, or publish through the Service, including ensuring it complies with the terms, policies, and community guidelines of the connected platforms. AI-generated captions, hooks, titles, and content suggestions are provided for convenience and inspiration only. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing. PintorLab is not affiliated with third-party social media platforms and does not guarantee post delivery, engagement, reach, impressions, virality, or performance. Platform outages, API limitations, policy changes, or account restrictions may affect publishing functionality, and PintorLab is not responsible for such interruptions.
Users may create portfolios, resumes, catalogs, and listings for discovery. PintorLab does not guarantee employment, clients, sales, interviews, or business opportunities. We may remove misleading, fraudulent, or inappropriate listings. Users are responsible for their own interactions and transactions.
PintorLab may allow users to create public profile pages, portfolios, resumes, showcases, business pages, and personal landing pages to display information, projects, media, links, social accounts, and other content. You are solely responsible for all content displayed on your profile, including text, images, videos, links, social media accounts, portfolio items, contact information, booking links, and external website links. You represent and warrant that all content published on your profile is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe on the rights of others.

If you choose to make your profile public, you understand that your profile content may be visible to other users, visitors, search engines, and third-party services. PintorLab does not verify all user identities, credentials, portfolios, or claims, and does not guarantee the accuracy of user-provided information. We reserve the right to review, restrict, hide, or remove profiles or content that violate these Terms or create legal, security, or reputational risk for the Service.
Focus Music and time-related tools are provided for productivity and convenience. Music or audio made available through the Service may not be redistributed, resold, or reuploaded without permission.
PintorLab may provide time-related tools such as world clocks, countdown timers, time converters, and work-hour calculators. These tools are provided for convenience and informational purposes only. While we aim to provide accurate calculations and time data, PintorLab does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for time-sensitive, legal, payroll, scheduling, travel, or business-critical decisions. Users are responsible for independently verifying important time, scheduling, payroll, or deadline-related information.

PintorLab’s blog provides articles, guides, and educational content. Blog content is for informational purposes only and should not be treated as professional legal, financial, or medical advice.
PintorLab owns all rights to the Service, including software, branding, design, features, and content created by us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Service without written permission. The PintorLab name, logo, and branding belong to PickCreation LLC.
PintorLab relies on trusted third-party providers such as Firebase, Stripe, Oracle, and similar service providers. We are not responsible for the services, policies, or outages of third-party providers.
We strive to keep PintorLab available and reliable. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or issues outside our control.
Some files may be stored temporarily to provide requested features. Files may be automatically deleted after processing or after a retention period. You are responsible for keeping backups of important content. We are not responsible for lost data.
PintorLab may display advertisements, sponsored content, affiliate links, or promotional placements on certain pages or features, including but not limited to blog pages, time tools, and other free services.
These advertisements may be provided by third-party advertising partners such as Google and may be personalized based on your browsing activity, preferences, or applicable cookies, subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. PintorLab is not responsible for the products, services, claims, or content provided by third-party advertisers. Any interactions, purchases, or engagements with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.
PintorLab is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding reliability, accuracy, performance, or suitability for any specific purpose. Use the Service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, PintorLab and PickCreation LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
You may stop using PintorLab at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or create legal risk. Upon termination, access to your account and content may be removed.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If major changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date and may notify users. Continued use of PintorLab means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Any disputes will be handled in courts located in Florida.
